Users with an Employee profile can submit a request to edit the card's limitation (e.g., amount, reload cycle, currency, etc.).
To submit an Edit request, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the Mesh Platform as a user with an Employee profile.
Note: Admin and Pro users can send edit requests on behalf of other users.
2. Navigate to the Cards & Budegts, click the Virtual Cards, click on the 3 dots of any card, and then click on the Edit option.
3. Provide a reason for the request, change the relevant details (e.g., amount), and click the Submit button.
Note: The card currency cannot be edited.
4. Since this is a financial activity, a 2FA is applied. Please enter a five-digit code sent to your phone.
5. The platform will route the request to the relevant people involved in the approval process.
To check the approval status, navigate to Cards & Budgets >> Virtual Cards >> Pending approval and click on the card with the Edit symbol.
Note: Until approved, the card still carries the original limitation template.
To cancel the request, simply click the 3 dots at the top right corner and choose to cancel.
