Authentication (also referred to as log in) is the process by which individuals identify themselves to gain access to a computing platform. Mesh provides flexible authentication options, allowing organizations to choose the method that best meets their security requirements and internal policies.
Notes:
Your organization may enable a single authentication method or offer multiple options.
Your Mesh administrators or IT department will specify the preferred login method. Users SHOULD follow their instructions.
If this is your first time logging in, you MUST access Mesh using the invitation email you received.
For future logins, bookmark the designated Mesh login URL provided by your organization.
Mesh uses Auth0 to support the authentication options described below.
1. Single Sign-On (SSO): Enter your email address in the provided field, click Continue, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Notes:
- SSO requires additional configuration on both the Mesh and customer sides.
- After your initial SSO login, the user interface will display a new SSO button branded with your company’s domain, enabling secure one-click access for future logins.
2. Magic Link: Enter your email address, click Continue, then check your inbox for an email titled *“Welcome to Mesh.” Click the Verify button in the email to complete the login process.
3. Biometric Authentication: Click the biometric option and follow the setup instructions. Biometric authentication can be enabled only after your identity has been verified using another authentication method.
4. Google Authentication: Click Continue with Google and select the appropriate Google profile to log in.
5. Mobile Application Authentication: Mesh also offers a mobile application. Depending on your device, additional authentication options, such as 'Continue with Apple', may be available.
