What is a Plug & Pay card?

Plug & Pay™ is a physical card that allows users to make payments on the go with the benefits of a virtual card.

A Plug & Pay must be activated before using it. As soon as Administrators assign a Plug & Pay card to a user, the user can activate the Plug & Pay on their end. 

Users can utilize the Mesh Mobile application to pair a virtual card with their Plug & Pay™ physical card.

Notes:

• The Plug & Pay™ card is nameless and numberless and needs to be paired with a virtual card. 
• Each user can be assigned a single Plug & Pay™ card.
• Each Plug & Pay™ card can be paired with one Virtual card at a time, but you can switch between Virtual cards.
• A Subscription card CAN NOT be paired with a Plug & Pay™ card. Users can ONLY pair General-Purpose, Fuel, or Travel virtual cards with their Plug & Pay™ card.
• If users leave the organization their Plug & Pay™ card can be transferred to other/new users.
• Strong users may order physical cards from the Plug & Pay Cards page. This action can be performed only once. After the initial attempt, the option will be disabled (greyed out). Please follow up with our team @ [e-mail] to track the status of your order.
