How to set up your Traveler Profile?

The traveler’s profile stores personal information that is automatically provided to travel agents upon submission of a trip request.

Please follow these steps below to create your traveler profile:

1. Log into the Mesh platform on either desktop or mobile.

2. Navigate to the bottom left corner and click on your name. 

3. Click on the 'View Profile' link. 

4. Scroll down to the 'Travel Profile' section and click 'Edit'. 

5. Your profile contains Personal Identifiable Information (PII), to adhere to privacy regulations, please enter a five-digit MFA code.

6. Enter all relevant information, then click Save to store your changes.

Notes: 

a. The forms includes validations that suggest items to be completed. 

b. When entering a date, please click on the upper left corner to select a year (scroll up or down and click on the relevant year), then choose a month and day.

c. The gender drop-down menu includes Male (M), Female (F) and Non-binary or another gender identity (X). 

d. You can add only one passport. 

• Travel ID is not required for domestic flight 
• When requesting a trip that involves international flights a passport is required

e. The profile allows travelers to add one or more Flight Loyalty Member IDs.

f. TSA info can be added. 

g. Airline preference can be added.  

h. To update your profile, you may return to this page at any time. Alternatively, you can modify your profile details while submitting a new trip request.
