For companies with the reimbursement module enabled, a user with an Admin profile can set the employee’s currency by navigating to the Employees page and locating the employee's profile.
When an expense request is submitted in a different currency, the platform will display both the original amount and its currency, as well as the converted amount to the employee’s currency. This helps the employee understand the equivalent reimbursement amount they can expect if the request is approved and scheduled for payment.
Note: The default currency is set in the Mesh backend for all the company's employees. However, an Admin can change a user's currency on a case-by-case basis.
