How to generate a Card transactions Analytics report?

To access the card transaction dashboard, log into the Mesh platform with your Admin, Pro, or Auditor profile, navigate to the Analytics page, and click the Card transactions tile.

The card transactions dashboard offers insights in the following areas:

Overview: Monthly comparison with the current and the run rate of this month. 

Note: Run rate is the projected spend based on budgets tied to active company-issued cards.

Missing details (e.g., transaction missing receipts, spend categories, memo, etc.) in total and breakdown by employee. 

In review (i.e., transactions related to cards that are subject to the Mesh post approval mechanism), with those in review over 3 days, the average approval time over the last 3 months, and a breakdown by employee. 

Declines with the total amount per the current month, over time, and a breakdown by employee. 

The bottom part of the dashboard presents a tabular view with all the data, which you can download and use in your preferred visualization tool to further slice and dice the information and uncover deeper insights.

Notes:

• It is possible to filter by company, spend category, and employee.
• Some charts allow you to present the data by Transactions or Amount.
