Users with an Admin profile and users with 'create other users' permission can access the Employees page. The page displays a table with important information, including 'Name', 'Status', 'Access Permissions', 'Email', 'Phone', 'Manager', and 'Last Update Date'. From this page it is possible to add or deactivate users, assign permissions and set relevant data.
Notes:
- The Employees page presents the ‘active’ employees by default, but you can change the filters to view deactivated employees.
- You can filter the list of employees by Access permission (e.g., Admin, Employee, etc.), Status (e.g., Active, invited, etc.), Custom Role (e.g., Travel manager, Technical admin, Travel analytics viewer), and Managers (e.g., Assigned, Not assigned, Invalid) to easily locate specific users.
- Some of the Custom Roles are assigned via the User Interface while others are assigned via the Mesh Backend.
- Admins can add a single user or multiple users via a CSV file.
- The employee's profile includes all the details associated with a user.
- Admins can export the list of employees to a CSV or Excel file.
- Mesh integrates to HRIS platforms to easily on and off-board new employees.
