A profile page is automatically created under the Employees page for each user added to the platform. The profile displays data associated with the user and allows administrators to configure certain aspects of the user’s account. Below is a list of the data presented on this page.Â

- Permissions
- Base company
- Invite statusÂ
- The user's approving manager
- Employee's currencyÂ
- The user's travel policy group assigned to the user
- Viewing permissions
- Default custom fields and values assigned to the user
- Traveler profile (if relevant/configured)
- Delegate approverÂ
- Delegate permissions (if relevant/configured)
- Personal bank account (if relevant/configured)
- Cards/budgets assigned to that user
Notes:Â
- The 'Base Company' setup determines the entity to which the user gets reimbursed. By default, users will be logged automatically to their 'Base Company' even if they have access to other entities. Â

Custom Fields default values can be imported from the customer's HRIS or added manually. If added manually, a manual value indicators will clarify when an employee's custom field has been set manually.
